Athletic Fee Financial Aid Application.pdfStudents who would like to participate in athletics but are unable because of financial problems have the option of applying for financial aid. The guideline used for granting financial aid is the Free and Reduced Lunch Program. Students are eligible for financial assistance only if their family qualifies for this program, and only if the information from the program is allowed to be used by the Athletic Department. Students who are on the Reduced Lunch Program will receive a one-half reduction in their Athletic Fee. Students who are on the Free Lunch Program will have their fee waived. The established fees for the school year are: $110 for high school/community school participants, and $60 for middle school participants. Those who wish to apply should complete this form for each sport in which they would like to participate. Turn in completed form to the athletic office.

This form can be used for the 2020-2021 school year ONLY IF there is a valid 2019-2020 MHSAA athletic physical on file with APHS. If there is not a valid 2019-2020 MHSAA athelitc physical on file with APHS, then a 2020-2021 MHSAA athletic physical must be turned in to APHS.
