All students that participate in athletics at APHS must have an athletic physical dated 4/15/22 or later AND set up an Athletic account (online registration) to complete the online emergency forms PRIOR to any try-out or practice.  He/she will not be permitted to participate until this process is completed. No exceptions. 

Please note that BOTH the student and parent will need to sign up for accounts using different email addresses and/or phone numbers and you MUST link the two accounts together. If you had an account last year, just login and update your information for the current school year. NOTE: If you play multiple sports, you only have to complete the physical and online registration ONCE per school year.

• First, Go to www.allenparksports.com (use a computer not a cell phone)
• Next, Click on the box labeled "online registration click here". Located on the right hand side of the home page just above announcements. You will upload your physical during the online registration process.

IMPORTANT: Please start this process early. The registration system is already rolled over to the 2022-2023 school year so you can start the process today. It does take a little bit of time to maneuver through the system the first time. Schedule your physical appointments NOW, do not wait until August. You will have a difficult time getting an appointment if you wait until then to get a physical.
