Meaghan Rourke, M.A., A.T., A.T.C. - Athletic Trainer for Allen Park High School
Meaghan received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Athletic Training from Grand Valley State University and completed her Masters of Arts in Health Professions Education from Michigan State University. She is licensed as an athletic trainer in the State of Michigan and certified nationally through the Board of Certification, Inc. Employed by Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) since 2003, Meaghan has been assigned to Allen Park High school since 2012. Prior to her arrival at Allen Park, she was assigned to University of Detroit Jesuit and Ladywood High Schools. In addition to her responsibilities at Allen Park, Meaghan works at William Clay Ford Center for Athletic Medicine in Detroit as part of a specialized sports rehabilitation team.
Meaghan is present for all major sports home games, as well as in the athletic training room during non-game days for injury prevention, assessment and care of injuries and to provide treatment or rehabilitation. Her hours are posted on the athletic training room door.
Brad Jaskulka, M.D. - Team Physician for Allen Park High School
Dr. Jaskulka is a physician through the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Department of Orthopaedics at HFHS. He is board certified in emergency medicine and sports medicine. Dr. Jaskulka attended medical school at Wayne State University and completed his post-graduate education at Henry Ford Hospital in emergency and sports medicine,
Currently seeing patients at the William Clay Ford Center for Athletic Medicine and Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Dr. Jaskulka will be at most home football games and works closely with Meaghan in the care of athletes participating in Allen Park sports.
